Improve Communication with Spanish-Speaking Workers in New Mexico. SpanishABQ is bringing Spanish classes to corporations so that employees can
learn to better communicate with the Hispanic population in their particular occupation. Unlike traditional Spanish
classes, the courses are grammar-free and concentrate on occupational phrases to elicit expected responses. This
allows the employees to maintain control of the conversation within their specific occupation. Students
participate in role-playing and learn cultural etiquette. CommandSpanish® is the method used by SpanihsABQ to teach profession-specific Spanish.
